Simon and Stephen and others are repeating our favourite Cody cycle ride from West Dean village to West Wittering beach on February 14^th leaving West Dean at 0945 returning 1600 ish. St Valentine’s Day!

Cody has done this before and it is a lovely route. It is flat and the surface is good. The distance is about 30 miles return. Lunch at the cafe on the beach. Cycle out to East Head if the tide allows.

Great fun. We will not be going fast and no one will get left behind. You just need to be able to cycle 30 miles on the flat. Get you bike out of the shed and get practising!

Non-cyclists can meet us at the beach cafe for lunch and a stroll around 1200 ish.
