Not every boat is the same

In our sailing we often see some different craft, for example it is  quite often a yacht that we think looks beautiful, a quirky or interesting dinghy or a houseboat on the edge of a harbour. This was a pleasure craft that a family stayed on overnight.  The buoyancy appears to come from what appears to be two old pontoon floats.  It could be classed as a motor boat of sorts because it had an engine.  The waters in the Grevelingmeer are comparitively sheltered with only short transit distances and it probably was quite stable. Quirky or what?
